French Food Friday - Verrines de tartare de saumon

I hope that you all had a fabulous Christmas. I am still in planning mode for New Year's eve and I am hoping to finalise the menu today. I like the look of this recipe and I am thinking of using it as an entree.

Verrines de tartare de saumon
Ingrédients
 

    2 pavés de saumon 
    2 avocats bio
    2 citrons bio
    1 oignons jaunes
    1 concombres
    1 échalotes
    3 c-à-s d' aneth aneth
    huile d'olive vierge extra
    piment moulu
    poivre noir
   sel fin


Préparation de la recette
Temps de préparation: 20 min.

    Dans un grand bol, mélanger les avocats écrasés, l’oignon ciselé et le jus des 2 citrons préssés. Assaisonner avec une pincée de piment doux moulu et du sel.
    Dans un autre récipient, mélanger un demi concombre coupé en petits morceaux et l’échalote émincée. Assaisonner.
    Couper le saumon en cubes et assaisonner avec l’aneth, un filet d’huile d’olive, du sel et du poivre.
    Servir dans une grande verrine avec une première couche de la préparation d’avocat, puis le saumon et finir par la couche de concombre, parsemer d’aneth.

Conseil : Pour une belle présentation finir par quelques feuilles de mâches sur le dessus.

Ingredients
2 pièces of Salmon 
2 organic Avocados
1 Organic lemon
1  onion
1 Cucumber
1 Shallot
3 teaspoons chopped Dill
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation time: 20 min.

In a large bowl, mix the crushed avocados, the chopped onion and the juice of the 2  lemons. Season with a pinch of ground  pepper and salt.
In another bowl, mix half a cucumber cut into small pieces and the minced shallot. Season. Cut the salmon into cubes and season with dill, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve in glasses,  first layer of avocado preparation, then salmon and finish with the layer of cucumber, sprinkle with dill.
